The operational problem

“We’re flying to Monaco for three weeks. Can my Ferrari be there?”

What sounds like one simple question reveals a disjointed sequence of transport movements, custody links, airport protocols, secure holding, preparation tasks and final handover checks.

// The accidental coordination burden

Fragmented provider execution

  • The carrierMoves the vehicle, but does not synchronize the complete private itinerary or destination readiness.

  • The FBO or handlerControls access and airport security; it does not coordinate cross-border transport, storage or preparation.

  • Storage and detailingPerform specialist services on separate schedules, without ownership of the changing travel window.

The EA or broker becomes the accidental coordinator—carrying the follow-up and escalation burden.

// The designated outcome layer

JetMySupercar Mission Control

  • Single operational interfaceCoordinates qualified providers, custody milestones and the approved handover plan.

  • Itinerary-aware oversightEvaluates material schedule changes and coordinates the revised vehicle plan under direct human control.

  • Arrival readinessAligns authorized preparation, fuel or charge, secure holding and recipient verification with the confirmed arrival.

One point of operational coordination—substantially reducing the burden on your team.

Operational questions

Before a mission
enters review.

Clear answers for private offices, aviation partners and vehicle custodians evaluating Personal Vehicle Continuity.

01Is JetMySupercar a transport company?

No. Physical vehicle movement is performed by qualified independent enclosed carriers. JetMySupercar plans and coordinates the complete mission, maintains the communication line and manages resolution when the plan changes.

02Can the vehicle be waiting beside the aircraft?

Only when the airport, handler, FBO and applicable security authority explicitly approve aircraft-side access. Otherwise, the mission uses the closest approved FBO-side or destination-side handover point.

03Is the vehicle fully insured throughout the mission?

We do not make blanket insurance claims. Relevant carrier and custody documentation is reviewed against the declared vehicle value and mission scope before activation. JetMySupercar is not an insurer, and final coverage interpretation remains with licensed insurance professionals.

04What happens if the flight schedule changes?

Mission Control evaluates the revised itinerary, confirms the vehicle’s current custody position and coordinates a new holding, preparation and handover plan. Material cost or scope changes still require the designated approver.

05Which vehicles and destinations can be supported?

Launch operations focus on selected European missions involving high-value performance, luxury and collector vehicles. Every route and vehicle is reviewed individually; unusual dimensions, low clearance, modifications or exceptional declared values may require additional assessment.

06How much notice does a mission require?

There is no responsible universal lead-time promise. Earlier notice improves provider qualification, coverage review, secure holding and handover planning. Short-notice requests may be declined when the necessary controls cannot be verified.

07What information is required to begin?

The preliminary review needs only the requester’s role, vehicle category, general origin and destination, approximate timing and preferred handover type. Sensitive identity, address and vehicle data is requested only after preliminary acceptance through an approved private channel.

08When does an enquiry become a confirmed mission?

Not when the initial form is submitted. A mission becomes active only after feasibility, provider availability, applicable documentation, commercial terms and required approvals are complete and JetMySupercar issues written Mission Confirmation.

09Is return positioning included automatically?

No. Return positioning, follow-on destinations and seasonal transfers are scoped separately so that timing, custody, availability and costs can be confirmed for each movement.

10Can an aviation partner retain control of the client relationship?

Yes. For partner-led missions, communication routes, client-contact permissions, change authority and commercial structure are agreed before sensitive itinerary information is shared.

Preliminary feasibility

Start a preliminary
mission review.

Share the route, approximate timing and vehicle category. A human Mission Controller will assess feasibility before any movement is authorized.

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve capacity, authorize movement or create a confirmed mission.
